This position involves overseeing all production activities, including irrigation, fertilisation, fruit harvesting, and crop protection, while ensuring productivity and operational efficiency. You will manage labour, supervise teams, and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately. Your expertise in stone and pome fruit production will contribute to the team’s overall success and growth.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should have a relevant tertiary qualification and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in large-scale stone and pome fruit production. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, able to work independently, drive team productivity, and improve operational performance. Strong computer literacy, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
