A theatre leadership opportunity within a modern surgical environment in the Durban area, suited to a skilled scrub nurse ready to step into a structured team-leading role while maintaining strong clinical involvement.

Requirements:

•                    Diploma or Degree in Nursing

•                    Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)

•                    Minimum of 5 years’ proven scrub experience within a theatre environment

•                    Shift-leading or supervisory experience

•                    Post Basic qualification in Operating Theatre Nursing advantageous

•                    Strong coordination skills and ability to support theatre workflow efficiency
