A key after-hours leadership role within a respected acute facility in Ladysmith. This position requires a confident and experienced nurse leader capable of overseeing hospital operations, clinical standards and staffing throughout the night shift.

Requirements:

•                    Diploma in Nursing and Midwifery (essential)

•                    Current registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC)

•                    Minimum of 5 years’ proven shift-leading experience within a hospital environment

•                    Midwifery experience and/or prior Night Manager experience

•                    Strong decision-making ability and confidence managing hospital operations after hours
