1. Site Management
Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations.
Coordinate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
2. Project Planning and Scheduling
Assist with project planning and scheduling.
Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are achieved.
Report delays and implement corrective actions where necessary.
3. Quality Control
Ensure construction work meets quality standards and project specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections.
Address defects or non-compliant work.
4. Health and Safety
Enforce health and safety regulations on site.
Conduct safety briefings and toolbox talks.
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
5. Cost Control
Monitor project costs and resource usage.
Assist with budgeting and cost tracking.
Manage materials and minimize waste.
6. Documentation and Reporting
Maintain site records, reports, and logs.
Prepare progress reports for project managers.
Record incidents, inspections, and site activities.
7. Stakeholder Communication
Liaise with engineers, architects, project managers, and clients.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
Attend site meetings and progress reviews.

Candidate Requirements
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Relevant professional registration (depending on country).
Experience in construction site supervision or project management.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
