- Sending invoices & responding to customers queries
- Sending invoices, job cards, and supporting documentation
- Booking accommodation for team trips
- Ensuring attendance registers are completed and properly filed
- Filing health & safety registers
- Following up on vehicle licence renewals
- Debt collection and updating customer details on the ERP system
- Weekly credit card reconciliation, checking expenses, and collecting supporting slips
- Assisting the bookkeeper on the ERP system with:
- Updating cash books
- Updating the general ledger
- Capturing supplier invoices
- Allocating debtor receipts
- A proactive and dependable individual
- Someone who can work independently and meet deadlines
- A team player with a positive attitude
