How you'll role

As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in marketing and expanding the footprint of a strawberry farm based in Carletonville. You will be responsible for engaging with key retail stores, securing shelf space, negotiating listings, implementing promotions, and monitoring sales performance. You will travel to the head office in Sandton as part of your dynamic role. Your efforts will be key in exploring new markets and securing new business opportunities, ensuring the continued growth and success of high-quality produce.

What you'll do

• Sales of strawberries to retail businesses

• Securing shelf space with key flagship retail stores

• Negotiate listings with assistance from management

• Implement and monitor promotions using board sheets

• Compile and present sales reports to buyers and management

• Conduct market research by customer group

• Negotiate and resolve supply chain issues

• Monitor debtors’ book and take necessary actions

• Secure new business in new markets for the brand
