We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven FMCG Sales Representative to join our team in the Consumer Products industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing strong relationships with customers and increasing product distribution.
Responsibilities:
Generate sales leads and new business opportunities within assigned territory.
Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to identify market trends and competitor activity.
Provide product demonstrations and training to customers as needed.
Analyze sales data and reports to identify opportunities for improvement.
Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products and services.
Prepare and present sales proposals and agreements to clients.
Key Skills:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG or Consumer Products industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
