A well-established organisation operating within the water and wastewater infrastructure sector is seeking an experienced Regional Maintenance Manager to join their operations team in the Western Cape.

The position is based in the Western Cape and will oversee maintenance activities related to electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation (E,M&I) infrastructure at water and wastewater treatment works, pump stations, dewatering facilities, and associated infrastructure systems.

Minimum Requirements: 

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification (Mechanical preferred).

• GCC Certificate (Government Certificate of Competency) – mandatory.

• Able to conduct monthly GMR 2.1 plant inspections and audits and ensure corrective actions are addressed and closed out.

• Minimum 7 years’ relevant experience in maintenance management and project execution involving large electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation installations.

• Experience working with planned maintenance systems and project management processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
