A well established company based in Lonehill requires a Debtors & Creditors Clerk / Junior Bookkeeper to join the finance team on a 6 fixed-term basis. Due to a growing workload, the implementation of a new stock system, and other ongoing projects, the accounts department requires additional support to ensure smooth operations.

Debtors & Creditors Clerk / Junior Bookkeeper are required to join the finance team on a fixed-term basis. Due to a growing workload, the implementation of a new stock system, and other ongoing projects, the accounts department requires additional support to ensure smooth operations.

Duties

·        NO PAYROLL

·        5 interlinked company’s books to Trial balance

·        Processing and reconciling debtors and creditors accounts

·        Capturing and maintaining accurate financial records

·        Assisting with general bookkeeping duties

·        Supporting the finance team with day-to-day accounting functions

·        Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

·        Liaising with suppliers and customers regarding account queries

·        Will assist with the VAT preparations
