Primary Function:

Company and Group reporting
Company and Group tax (VAT and Tax) calculation and submission
Company Stock and Fixed asset management
Company operational finance support
Group Banking Admin and Management

Essential Functions:
Stock Management
Fixed Assets Management
Company Financial Reporting
Provisional and Final Tax calculations and submissions
Tax administration, with the support of the Tax Consultant/Audit firm
VAT calculations  and submissions
SARS query review and responses
ERP problem support, with support of SAP
Credit card transactions administration
Banking requirements
BBBEE administration and management
Assist with ISO process
Assist with Group payments
Business Unit support and reporting
Annual Financial Audit preparation and audit process assistance
Correspondence with the banks
Monthly salary review
Staff expense claims
GL processing for non-standard processing (loans, depreciation, etc)
Assist with statutory matters
Balance sheet recons
Support to sister companies
Full finance function for small companies
Ad hoc operational requirements
