Candidate Requirements

MOST IMPORTANT SKILLS:

• Able to quickly turn around quality articles (6-8 quality articles per day)

• Able to edit articles quickly (4 edited articles per day)

• Integrity: writing articles with AI when asked to write yourself will result in termination.

• Work alongside a freelance writer, assigning him articles and editing his work

• Able to take direction/constructive criticism and edit articles

• Ability to source your own quotes, studies, and statistics 

• Must be willing to ghost write, and sign an NDA about the authors you are writing for 

• This is a fast-paced, fun environment with tight deadlines that you will need to meet

• Write and edit high-quality articles across AI, blockchain, entrepreneurship, small business, and thought leadership, tailored to each client’s audience and niche

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and write 400-word press releases for our clients and their businesses

• Write 800-word client profiles and advice articles aligned with PR plans and campaigns

• Write blog posts for victoriouspr.com

• Stay current on industry trends and communicate insights clearly and confidently

• Responsibly represent Victorious PR in all client communications and Zoom calls

• Attend Brand Strategy calls with our clients 

• Available for client calls to conduct interviews for articles

• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of their articles.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field

• 3+ years writing/editing experience for professional AI, blockchain, or tech publications

• Strong content, branding, and storytelling skills

• Commitment to quality, able to work independently and in a global, collaborative team

• Excellent verbal communication, listening, and team-building skills

• Proficient with Slack, Google Suite, and Monday
