Our client, a diversified chemicals company, is offering Technical/Sales Graduate opportunities in the Western Cape and Northern Provinces as part of a 12-month development programme. This programme is designed to build both technical knowledge and sales expertise within the agriculture and agrochemical sector.

Graduates will be based either in Cape Town or in the Northern Provinces.

The ideal candidates will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, a keen attention to detail, and a genuine interest in agriculture and agrochemicals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Participate in product training on herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, adjuvants, nutrition, and biologicals *Execute research farm duties, including product application, measurement, and reporting *Assist with product development through field trials while adhering to regulatory requirements *Gain hands-on experience in formulation, quality control, and production processes *Contribute to the company’s health emerging farmer initiative *Support depots with technical assistance and sales duties as delegated *Conduct research, compile, and write technical reports *Complete formal training to enhance technical and sales expertise *All other tasks related to this role.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:
• Relevant tertiary B.Agric, B.Sc Agric, or BTech degree;
• Fully computer literate (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook);
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and communication skills (verbal & written);
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport, with the ability to travel.
