Our client, Patrysberg Citrus, has a vacancy available for an experienced Table Grapes Production Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team-building abilities, and a keen interest in modern, technology-driven agricultural practices. This position is based in Clanwilliam, Western Cape.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Overall management and supervision of table grapes (±60 ha) *Planning, management, and control of all production processes *Effective management of resources and cost control *Management of the workforce, including the training and development of staff *Maintaining accurate recordkeeping and administration regarding quality management and ethical production processes *Planning and coordination of harvest programmes *Management, maintenance, and supervision of facilities and infrastructure *All other tasks related to this position.

Essential qualifications, skills, and experience:
• A relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture or a related field will be advantageous;
• Minimum 5 years’ of relevant and practical experience in table grape production;
• Good computer literacy (MS Office).
