Our client is a leading car dealership based in Pretoria-Noord, specializing in selling high-quality used vehicles. The company is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all sales activities are carried out in a professional manner while adhering to company standards.

📍 Location: Pretoria-Noord, South Africa
💰 Salary: Basic R10,000 + Commission (R10,000 - R100,000 depending on experience)
🕰️ Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 07:30 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively prospect for customers and sell new vehicles to meet the required profit and unit target of the new vehicle sales department.

• Demonstrate vehicle features and take customers on test drives.

• Close sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.

• Provide excellent customer service to enable sales, answer telephone inquiries, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, negotiate pricing, and develop legal contractual agreements.

• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction in accordance with company policy.

• Complete sales management information by submitting reports.

Job Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate.

• Must be able to work in a Corporate Dealer environment.

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience as a Used Vehicle Sales Executive within the Motor Industry.

• Up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation.

• Valid driver’s license essential.

• NCA Certificate essential.

• Good time management skills.

Hoofverantwoordelikhede:

• Aktief soek na kliënte en verkoop nuwe voertuie om die vereiste wins- en eenheidsdoelwitte van die nuwe voertuig verkope-afdeling te behaal.

• Demonstreer voertuigkenmerke en neem kliënte op toetsritte.

• Sluit verkope af deur besware te oorkom, verkope te vra, pryse te onderhandel en verkoops- en aankope kontrakte te voltooi.

• Verskaf uitstekende kliëntediens om verkope te bewerkstellig, beantwoord telefoonnavrae, skeduleer afsprake, identifiseer kliëntbehoeftes, onderhandel pryse en stel wetlike kontraktuele ooreenkomste op.

• Handhaaf hoë vlakke van kliëntetevredenheid volgens maatskappybeleide.

• Verskaf verkoopsbestuursinligting deur verslagdoening.

Pos Vereistes:

• Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat.

• Moet in 'n korporatiewe handelaaromgewing kan werk.

• Ten minste 3 tot 5 jaar ondervinding as 'n Gebruikte Voertuig Verkope Uitvoerende in die motorbedryf.

• Opdateer kennis van voertuigwetgewing.

• Geldige bestuurslisensie is noodsaaklik.

• NCA Sertifikaat is noodsaaklik.
