- Promote the company’s enterprise hardware and managed services solutions to corporate customers.
- Achieve monthly gross profit targets as defined in the sales target schedule.
- Conduct cold calling and generate new business opportunities.
- Consult with customers to recommend appropriate IT solutions aligned with their business requirements.
- Manage, maintain, and grow assigned customer accounts while building long-term client relationships.
- Provide high levels of customer service and conduct regular account reviews.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company’s products, services, and value proposition, including servers, storage, and networking solutions.
- Attend mandatory training sessions to build relevant product knowledge and skills.
- Maintain and update customer information, opportunities, and sales pipeline in the CRM system (Maximizer).
- Ensure the sales pipeline reflects at least three times the monthly sales target.
- Facilitate financing arrangements with approved finance partners in accordance with company procedures.
- Attend and participate in monthly KPI performance review sessions and implement improvement action plans where necessary.
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts in line with company pricing policies and obtain approval from the Sales Manager.
- Submit approved quotes, orders, proposals, and finance approvals to the sales coordinator for order processing.
- Represent the company professionally in all client interactions and ensure all documentation aligns with company branding and standards.
