A well established Accounting firm based in Kenilworth is seeking a Financial Accountant.

Duties:

•    Responsible for managing several entities
•    Process all bank statements, supplier and journal entries up to Trial balance
•    Prepare monthly financial reports
•    Process payments on online banking
•    Process and reconcile supplier accounts
•    Reconcile General Ledger accounts
•    Petty cash control and reconciliation
•    Bad debt control and disbursements
•    Full creditors functions – updating of all creditors contracts and renewals
•    VAT reconciliation and control and e-filing submission
•    Process on Profsoft CRM system daily – maintenance of clients and reporting functions
•    Maintain orderly file records
•    Responsible for IT coordination, insurance reviews/ updates and renewals
