How you'll role
As the Sales Branch Manager, you will spearhead operational and sales initiatives, as well as, manage a cohesive internal sales team alongside Key Account Managers. Your role is pivotal in driving sales growth, meeting sales and margin targets, and enhancing customer experiences across MRO and reseller channels.
What you'll do
- Lead, manage, and develop the internal sales team and KAMs to meet sales and margin targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales and account plans
- Build and nurture relationships with key customers and resellers
- Drive customer retention through effective cross-selling and pricing strategies
- Monitor sales performance and market trends to provide accurate forecasts
- Ensure effective use of CRM systems for maintaining customer data
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales objectives with company goals
- Support recruitment and development of sales team members
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and development planning

- Customer Retention: 4 to 5 years

Candidate Requirements
What you'll need
- Minimum 5 years of sales management experience in a B2B environment
- Experience in industrial distribution or bearings sectors is advantageous
- Proven track record of achieving sales and margin targets
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred
