We are seeking an experienced, highly organised Operations Manager to lead and optimise our day-to-day operations. This senior role focuses on operational efficiency, team leadership, and ensuring systems, processes, and logistics support our strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategies, manage budgets, and identify process improvements.
Team Leadership: Lead Warehouse Supervisor and Administrator, build high-performing teams, set goals, and manage recruitment, training, and performance.
Performance & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyse operational data, and report to Directors.
Process & Supply Chain: Streamline processes, oversee inventory, production timelines, and deliveries.
Business Growth: Support client expansion, identify opportunities, and ensure operational readiness for new business.
Risk & Compliance: Ensure legal, regulatory, and safety compliance; mitigate operational risks.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Directors, suppliers, partners, and clients.

Requirements:
5–10 years’ experience in the wine industry, logistics, and managing warehouse/production operations.
Proven operations management experience with strong leadership, organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
Expertise in supply chain, inventory management, and operational optimisation.
