Our client in Strand is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support logistics coordination, production administration, and general warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
Plan truck routes and coordinate delivery schedules
Manage export communication and documentation
Assist with production planning and job documentation (labelling check sheets, rework sheets, job cards)
Print and manage sales orders and prepare billing paperwork
Order dry goods (DG) and manage warehouse supplies including PPE
Source warehouse tools and consumables
Assist with wine-related administration and warehouse labelling/stickers

Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration (warehouse/logistics experience advantageous)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines
Computer literate with Excel proficiency
