• Load planning – sort pick notes per area, compile into various loads ranging from 1 to 8 ton loads per area in sequence of delivery


• Distribute loads to picking teams, to pull loads


• Manage team of 60 people reporting to Ops manager/Warehouse supervisor/Stock Controller


• Manage OHS file, ensure OHS is adhered to and compliant


• Draw up contracts for replacement/new staff reporting to Ops Manager


• Ensure warehouse is kept neat and tidy


• Ensure Stock management is done by warehouse supervisor which includes stock rotation


• Ensure stock counting is done by stock controller and compliance is maintained

Grade 12

A good understanding of the business

Must be able to plan and schedule their own work and employees work

Must have 5 - 10 years in a retail / operations environment
