Laboratory ManagerLimpopo Market Related Salary A well-established accredited testing laboratory is seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee operations, test construction materials , staff, and compliance with quality management systems

Minimum requirements:

NQF Level 4 qualification with 10 years management experience in a relevant laboratory environment
NQF Level 5 qualification with 5 years management experience in a laboratory environment
Knowledge of the construction and engineering industry
ISO/IEC 17025 Laboratory Systems training
Technical Signatory recognized by SANAS
Valid driver’s license
Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
Proven experience working in an accredited testing laboratory environment

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily laboratory operations and staff management
Ensure compliance with ISO 17025 laboratory quality systems
Manage testing schedules, reporting, and data integrity
Handle client interactions, quotations, invoicing, and service delivery
Implement risk management, corrective actions, and preventative improvements
Supervise laboratory staff and ensure competency training
Review, approve, and authorise laboratory test results
Ensure compliance with health, safety, impartiality, and confidentiality requirements
