Our legal client based in Pretoria East is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their team. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring a structured and efficient work environmentSalary: R10 000 - R15 000 CTC, based on experience

Minimum requirements:

Matric
2-3 years experience as a Legal Secretary or within a similar administrative role
Experience working with QuickBooks
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to work proactively
Excellent communication and administrative skills
Open and maintain client files and ensure accurate filing systems
Manage and organise daily administrative tasks and correspondence
Assist with timesheets, billing preparation, and expense tracking
Prepare and process invoices, debtor follow-ups and basic financial administration
Ensure documents, reports, and files are prepared and organized in advance
Support weekly and monthly legal administrative processes including invoicing and reporting
Assist with general office coordination and planning
