Market-leading organisation in the Engineering and Mining industry in Mpumalanga is seeking an experienced Project Co-Ordinator to join their team.Market Related

Minimum requirements:

Oversee the operational management of allocated project sites, ensuring effective coordination and execution of activities.
Ensure the implementation and consistent use of site daily costing systems across all contracts.
Maintain compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems and ensure standards are upheld on all sites.
Collaborate with the Divisional Manager to develop project schedules and provide weekly updates, submitting required reports to clients in a timely manner.
Ensure monthly financial and operational results are accurate and submitted within required deadlines.
Attend and actively participate in internal and client meetings, maintaining a professional and solution-focused approach.
Ensure adherence to company procedures and Delegation of Authority requirements.
Provide clear instructions, performance goals, and guidance to site staff, ensuring targets are achieved or exceeded.
Monitor and report on quality, safety, and production performance against budget and operational targets on a monthly basis.
Attend site meetings, ensure accurate recording of minutes, and confirm that all stakeholders comply with contractual obligations.
Identify and report operational challenges or deviations promptly to management.
Maintain effective control over materials, plant, fuel, vehicles, mileage, and labour costs, ensuring proper monitoring and reporting.
Coordinate and process final Taking Over Certificates within one month after contract completion.
