Job PurposeThe Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on mining or construction sites, ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications, timelines, and regulatory standards. Minimum Requirements
Education
Grade 12 (Matric).
Trade Certificate / National Diploma in Construction, Engineering, or Mining (advantageous).
Experience
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a supervisory role in mining, construction, or heavy industry.
Experience managing teams and site operations.
Certifications (Advantageous)
Mine Health and Safety certification.
First Aid training.
Blasting / Mining supervisory certificates (if mining related).
Valid Driver’s License.
