Job Overview

Responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and promoting our range of hydraulic seal products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the hydraulics and related industrial sectors
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Conduct client visits, site assessments, and product presentations
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and sales reports
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Proven experience in hydraulic sales or the hydraulics industry (essential)
Strong knowledge of hydraulic components, systems, and applications
Minimum 3–5 years external sales experience in industrial environment
Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (required)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems advantageous)

Preferred Qualifications

Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering / Hydraulics / Industrial Engineering (advantageous)
Established network within industrial, mining, or engineering sectors
