EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- CIMA qualification.
- Honours degree.
- 3 years relevant experience will count in the candidate's favour.
- Performance Metrics: Develops and maintains key performance indicators (KPI's) to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of various operations.
- Forecasting: Uses historical data and market insights to create accurate forecasts and assist with resource allocation and inventory management.
- Process Improvement: Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and automation opportunities.
- Budgeting and Financial Analysis: Assists with budget preparation, variance analysis and financial modeling to ensure financial goals are met.
- Reporting: Prepares regular reports and dashboards for management and provides insights and actionable recommendations.
- Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities, and provides strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Business Analysis: Involved in analyzing financial information from Business Proposals and investments. Including cash flow needs, profitability and risk exposure. Attention to detail and ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
- Able to prioritize well between important tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI)
- Good communication skills in Afrikaans and English, both written and verbal.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think critically
