A leading FMCG manufacturer in the hygiene and tissue products sector is looking for an experienced Sales Representative with strong experience in FMCG sales, customer relationship management, and target-driven business development to join their team in Middelburg, Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing market presence, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving consistent sales performance within a competitive FMCG environment. This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong business acumen and the ability to identify new opportunities while maintaining existing client partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG market

• Consistently meet and exceed established sales targets

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

• Collaborate with internal teams to support brand awareness and sales initiatives

• Maintain a high level of customer service and account management

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years’ sales experience within the FMCG industry

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Solid understanding of the FMCG market and business environment

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
