𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: 
✅ A relevant tertiary qualification in Healthcare Management, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ 5–10 years’ experience in hospital or healthcare facility management.
✅ Strong leadership and people management skills.
