DUTIES:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statement
• General Ledger Oversight: Maintain and reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy across all entries
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Collaborate with leadership to develop budgets and financial projections
• Audit Coordination: Support internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and compliance readiness
• Tax Compliance: Prepare and file tax returns and stay updated on regulatory changes
• Process Improvement: Recommend and implement enhancements to accounting systems and workflows
• Team Leadership: Supervise Junior Accountants, review work, and provide mentorship
