Bosman Adama Vine Nursery, is seeking a meticulous and analytical Administrative Nursery Officer to support their sales and production team based in Wellington, Western Cape. This role acts as a link between sales, inventory, and nursery production, with potential for growth into a more senior position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for (but not limited to): *Manage and control rootstock, mother stock, and grafted vine inventory *Support and manage ERP and inventory systems *Report on availability, allocations, and forecasts *Assist with quotations, orders, and client communication *Handle administration related to PVO’s, PlantSA documentation, and nursery records *All other tasks related to this role.

Essential qualifications, skills and experience:

• Interest in agriculture and vineyard production;

• Experience in sales or production administration will be advantageous;

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail;

• Strong Excel and systems skills;

• Analytical and well-organized working style;

• Valid driver’s license.
