The Role

We are looking for a passionate, organised, and proactive woman to join our small team as Brand and Operations Assistant. This is a hands-on role where no two days look the same. You will work closely with the founder across brand, operations, customer experience, and day-to-day business management.

What You Will Be Doing

• Managing customer queries and order communications
• Coordinating with suppliers, couriers, and our social media team
• Assisting with content creation, copywriting, and brand administration
• Updating and maintaining our website
• Supporting the founder with day-to-day business operations
• Helping grow a brand that genuinely changes women's lives

Who You Are

• Stellenbosch based or willing to relocate
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Passionate about women's health and purposeful brands
• Someone who understands women's health personally, whether through lived experience or genuine passion
• Strong written communication skills
• A natural problem solver who takes initiative
• Experience in marketing, communications, or business is a plus but attitude matters more
