Our client based in Midrand is looking for a payroll administrator with strong financial experience to join their team.

Responsibilities:

· Full processing function of payroll for 85 staff members

· From recruitment stage, assist met job spec, issue LOA,

· Complete forms,

· Load staff, leave,

· Overtime,

· Commissions, loans,

· MIBFA,

· Terminations,

· EMP201, and EMP501,

· Reconciliations,

· Provident fund

· File upkeep,

· Annual increases,

· Bonus sheets,

· IOD's,

· Return of earnings,

· Year end, month end.

· Support Financial team

Candidate Requirements

Requirements

· Matric and payroll qualification

· Tertiary qualification in finance would be an advantage

· At least three years’ experience in a similar role

· Sage 300 People of at least Sage Payroll with ESS

· Experience in end-to-end payroll process – from first leave form to final SARS submission

· Reporting for auditor

· Knowledge of payroll compliance and tax legislation

· Accounting experience – up to trial balance
