We are seeking an experienced Stone Fruit Product Manager responsible for the procurement, marketing, and commercial management of stone fruit. The successful candidate must have direct experience in the stone fruit industry and strong relationships with growers and packhouses.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years experience in the stone fruit industry.
2. Proven experience in stone fruit procurement, trading, or product management.
3. Strong knowledge of stone fruit varieties, seasonality, and quality standards.
4. Strong negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills.
5. Existing network of stone fruit growers and industry contacts (advantage)
6. Experience supplying retailers or export markets (advantage)

 
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Procure stone fruit from growers and manage supplier relationships.
• Develop and manage stone fruit sales programs and customer relationships.
• Monitor crop forecasts, seasonal supply, and market pricing.
• Coordinate with packhouses and logistics partners to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities.
• Manage product margins and overall commercial performance.
