Our client in Paarl is looking for a motivated and organised individual to join their team. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and take responsibility in a busy work environment.

Requirements:
Previous experience is not essential – training will be provided.
Must be computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Must be detail-oriented and accurate in their work.
A go-getter with initiative who is able to take ownership of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with HR-related administration (warnings, contracts, issuing work clothing, etc.).
Managing and keeping stock records for items such as gloves, masks, and stickers.
Maintaining stock for workshop consumables such as oil, rags, and other supplies.
General administrative duties and helping to keep the office running smoothly and efficiently.

Is organised, neat, and very precise in their work.
Has energy and drive to get things done.
Works well in a team and is willing to grow within the role.
