Our finance revenue department is looking for a qualified individual to perform administrative duties within the Revenue Finance department.
Tasks
Process Debtors Accounts:
· Process:
o Credit notes and debit notes
o Returns and unpaid
o Cash allocations
o Refunds
o Bank reconciliation
o Queries and Resolutions
o Banks and Service provider collections via Debit systems
o MySQL Scripting and reporting
o Critical Data Analysis and Reporting
Compile and submit periodic reports:
· Create financial reports
· Submit reports
· Compile and submit ad hoc reports
· Critical Data Analysis and Reporting
Candidate Requirements
Essential Qualification:
• Matric
• Certificate in Accounting
Essential Experience:
• Minimum of 2 year Accounting experience
• Minimum of 3 year Administration experience
Desirable Experience:
• MySQL Experience
• Advanced Excel
Knowledge and Skills:
• Strong reconciliation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Good listening skills
• Problem solving skills
• Time management skills
• Planning and organizing skills
