About the Practice: We are a well-established, busy medical practice with a strong reputation built over nearly 40 years. The practice currently consists of four doctors, two of whom are gradually retiring and one who is relocating, creating a significant opportunity for a motivated and committed GP to step into a growing patient base.

We are a high-performing practice, working closely with medical aids and holding a Discovery Premier Practice rating. Our systems include real-time billing (where applicable) and proactive verification of patient funds to minimise outstanding debt.

The practice is supported by two experienced nurses who oversee drips, injections, assist with procedures, and perform ECGs and lung function tests. In addition, we offer a comprehensive, multidisciplinary environment with an Ampath depot on site, as well as access to a podiatrist, psychologist, dentist, and pharmacy, ensuring convenient, integrated patient care.

The Opportunity: This role offers exceptional earning potential and long-term growth. The current GP (relocating) earns approximately R60,000 per month (commission only) while not working full-time. A dedicated doctor who maintains consistent hours and availability has clear potential to exceed this significantly.

We are also prepared to offer a basic salary with a 60/40 percent commission for everything the doctor writes thereafter for the first 6 months (basic salary and commission is negotiable).

With senior doctors retiring in the near future, there is a strong opportunity to build a large, loyal patient base and establish yourself as a key practitioner within the practice.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 07:30 – 17:00

1–2 Saturdays per month (additional income opportunity)
