Candidate Requirements
Candidate Minimum Requirements:
- Honours Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (non-negotiable)
- 0–5 years’ experience in business development, technical sales, or industrial marketing
- Strong analytical thinking and commercial instinct
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High initiative and self-driven mindset
- Ability to grasp technical manufacturing processes (steel/industrial exposure beneficial)
- Proficient in MS Office
Advantageous:
- Experience in steel, manufacturing, construction, or engineering sectors
- Exposure to product development or market research projects
