The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the effective planning, coordination and execution of campaign activities and events across the province
- Providing campaign logistical, administrative and coordination support to ensure campaign events, meetings and activations are delivered professionally, on time, within budget and in alignment with the organisational objectives
- Ensuring weekly campaign reports are accurately compiled and timeously distributed
Minimum requirements:
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent
- Tertiary qualification in administration, logistics, events management (advantageous)
- 2 years’ relevant experience, including in administration, logistics and events coordination
- Experience in handling face-to-face, telephone, and email inquiries
- Proficiency in one official language, in addition to English
- Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite
- Microsoft Excel and Power Point skills at an intermediate level
- Valid driver’s licence with access to a vehicle for business related use
