Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced ICU Unit Manager to lead their Intensive Care Unit in the Western Cape. The successful candidate will have strong ICU experience combined with proven managerial or shift-leading expertise, ensuring clinical excellence, effective team leadership, and smooth unit operations.

Requirements:

•                    Registered with SANC

•                    Diploma/Degree in Nursing

•                    Post-basic Critical Care Nursing

•                    ICU experience

•                    Experienced in shift leading/ managerial roles
