Our client is looking for a professional Theatre Unit Manager with strong leadership skills to join their team in Louis Trichardt.

As the Unit Manager of the Operating Theatre, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, clinical care, and administrative functions of the Theatre department and will supervise and direct nursing care and all related activities of their units according to the policies and procedures of the hospital.

Requirements:

•                    Nursing degree

•                    Registration with SANC

•                    Post Basic Qualification in Theatre

•                    5+ years of clinical experience in the Operating Theatre

•                    2+ years in a leadership or managerial role

Skills:

•                    Good performance in a fast-paced environment.

•                    Budget management proficiency, resource allocation, and performance improvement methodologies.

•                    Strong clinical expertise and knowledge of Operational Theatre principles, practices, and technologies.
