As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting residential properties while providing professional guidance throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Client Prospecting and Relationship Building: Proactively identify and engage potential buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants through networking, referrals and marketing activities. Build and maintain strong professional relationships to generate new business opportunities.

• Property Listings and Marketing: Source new properties for sale or rent, prepare property listings, and market them effectively through property portals, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.

• Property Viewings: Arrange and conduct property viewings with prospective clients, providing accurate information about the property, surrounding area, and market conditions.

• Client Consultation: Understand clients’ needs and preferences and match them with suitable properties that meet their requirements and budget.

• Negotiation and Sales Process: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to help secure successful agreements.

• Transaction Coordination: Assist clients throughout the transaction process by coordinating with attorneys, bond originators, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about local property market trends, property values, and industry developments in order to provide informed advice to clients.

• Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of listings, viewings, offers, and client interactions, and ensure all documentation is completed correctly and in compliance with industry regulations.
