Job Summary:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Financial Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales and investments, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The Financial Advisor will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals and develop comprehensive financial plans to help them achieve their objectives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct financial assessments and analysis for clients to understand their financial needs and goals.
2. Develop personalized financial plans based on clients' goals, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
3. Provide ongoing financial advice and guidance to clients to help them achieve their financial objectives.
4. Monitor and adjust client portfolios as needed to ensure they remain aligned with their financial goals.
5. Stay informed about changes in financial markets, economic trends, and investment products to provide up-to-date advice to clients.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
7. Collaborate with other team members to provide a comprehensive approach to financial planning for clients.
8. Adhere to all regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
1. FAIS recognised qualification, or a finance related qualification.
2. Minimum 1 year experience in financial services, life & funeral cover sales, or related field.
4. Strong knowledge of financial services markets, investment products, and financial planning strategies.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to analyze complex financial information and present recommendations to clients in a clear and concise manner.
7. Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
