Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the used vehicle sales department
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and profitability goals
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and KPIs
- Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service
- Manage inventory levels and pricing strategies to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and service, to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
