Technical Trainer required for reputable Packaging company in the Western Cape.

Leaders in the Packaging industry is seeking a Training Specialist to create and sustain a progressive learning environment at their plant based in the Western Cape. As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include maintaining a training matrix, administering and running training sessions, as well as setting up training calendars. You will also be engaging and working with internal and external trainers, evaluating the quality of training courses, and benchmarking staff training requirements.
 
Requirements:
Matric with Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources Management
Qualification in Corrugated Machine Minding
3 Years of process operator training facilitation experience
Previous working experience as Corrugating Supervisor, Process Operator, or Artisan
Excellent communication and administration skills
