To lead and supervise the installation team in the installation of:

 Irrigation systems

 Borehole water distribution systems

 Connections from boreholes to water storage tanks

 Water purification systems

 Pump installations and repairs

The role includes hands-on manual site work, ensuring quality workmanship, productivity, and client satisfaction for residential, agricultural, and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities.

1. Team Leadership

 Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the site team

 Plan, coordinate, and adhere to a schedule of work

 Allocate tasks and ensure work is completed on schedule

 Provide guidance and support to team members on site

 Maintain discipline, safety, and productivity standards on site

 Plan, coordinate and keep to a schedule of work

2. Installation & Technical Duties

 Oversee installation of irrigation systems (borehole to gardens, plots, and business premises)

 Connect borehole systems to water storage tanks

 Install, maintain, and repair pumps as required

 Install and commission water purification systems

 Conduct basic troubleshooting and fault finding on site

 Ensure all work meets company quality standards

3. Client & Site Management

 Communicate professionally with clients on site

 Inspect and verify sites before starting installations

 Manage tools, equipment, and company vehicles responsibly

 Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

 Maintain reliable communication via mobile phone and navigate to and from sites with mobile GPS
