Our client is seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Relationship Manager & Agricultural Inputs Marketer to join their team and support producers within the agricultural sector. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, providing financial and agricultural product solutions, and contributing to the growth of the agricultural community within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
· Marketing financing products and agricultural inputs, including seed, fertiliser, chemicals, and animal feed to producers in the geographical area.
· Expanding and maintaining the client base within the region.
· Building strong client relationships through regular visits and professional support services.
· Providing agronomic advice and guidance to producers where required.
· Handling credit applications and responding to related enquiries.
· Monitoring crops and compiling crop reports.
· Managing overdue accounts, reporting on outstanding balances, and supporting collection processes.
· Maintaining and growing the financing portfolio within the marketing area.
· Maintaining and managing strong internal relationships within the organisation.
· Preparing cash-flow budgets and analysing or interpreting client financial statements.
· Attending and participating in information days and agricultural events.
Job Requirements:
· National Senior Certificate.
· 2–3 years’ experience in finance marketing and agricultural products.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable own transport.
· Excellent written and verbal communication.
· Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
· Experience in client service with strong marketing abilities.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Basic understanding of the economic and social aspects of agriculture, including market trends, management practices, and policies impacting the industry.
· A relevant BASOS qualification and/or tertiary qualification will be advantageous.

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:
· Bemarking van finansieringsprodukte en landbou-insette, insluitend saad, kunsmis, chemikalieë en dierevoer aan produsente in die geografiese gebied.
· Uitbreiding en instandhouding van die kliëntebasis.
· Bou van sterk kliënteverhoudings deur gereelde besoeke en professionele ondersteuningsdienste.
· Verskaffing van agronomiese advies en leiding aan produsente waar nodig.
· Hantering van kredietaansoeke en verwante navrae.
· Monitering van gewasse en samestelling van gewasverslae.
· Bestuur van agterstallige rekeninge, verslagdoening oor uitstaande saldo’s en ondersteuning met invorderingsprosesse.
· Handhawing en uitbreiding van die finansieringsportefeulje binne die bemarkingsgebied.
· Handhawing en bestuur van goeie interne verhoudings binne die organisasie.
· Opstel van kontantvloeibegrotings en ontleding of interpretasie van kliënte se finansiële state.
· Bywoning en deelname aan inligtingsdae en landbougeleenthede.
Pos Vereistes:
· Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat.
· 2–3 jaar ondervinding in finansieringsbemarking en landbouprodukte.
· Geldige bestuurslisensie en betroubare eie vervoer.
· Sterk rekenaarvaardigheid en vaardigheid in MS Office.
· Ondervinding in kliëntediens met sterk bemarkingsvaardighede.
· Uitstekende kommunikasie- en interpersoonlike vaardighede.
· ’n Relevante BASOS-kwalifikasie en/of tersiêre kwalifikasie sal voordelig wees.
· Basiese begrip van die ekonomiese en sosiale aspekte van landbou, insluitend markneigings, bestuurspraktyke en beleide wat die bedryf kan beïnvloed.

· Sterk vermoë om verhoudings te bou en te netwerk.
· Uitstekende geskrewe en verbale kommunikasievaardighede.
