We are looking for an Operations Controller to oversee and coordinate operational activities, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and smooth day-to-day functioning of business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage operational processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain operational policies, procedures, and controls.
• Track and report on key performance metrics.
• Assist management with planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimisation.
• Support financial administration, including monitoring budgets and operational expenditures.
• Identify process improvements and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with staff, suppliers, and stakeholders to meet operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Qualification in Operations Management, Business Administration, Commerce, or similar
• Previous experience in operations, office management, or administrative coordination.
• Proven skills in process optimisation, workflow coordination, and reporting.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
