Responsibilities:

Ensure production and financial targets are achieved safely, efficiently and sustainably.
Lead and develop teams to maintain a productive and high-performing workforce.
Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans in support of business objectives.
Promote innovation, technology adoption and best practices within operations.
Oversee environmental, social and asset management processes to ensure compliance and sustainability.

Requirements:

Grade 12
Degree or National Diploma in Mining Engineering
Mine Manager's Certificate of Competency
Underground Blasting Certificate
5 years' experience as Mine Overseer
3-5 years' experience as Acting Mine Manager.
Valid Driver's License
