RPO Recruitment’s client, a reputable building contractor in Cape Town is seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will have practical experience in building projects, ensuring the successful delivery of construction works in line with quality, safety, and programme requirements.

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Building/BTech in Construction Management or similar
• 3–5 years’ experience on building projects
• Knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, and project workflows
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of health and safety regulations and construction legislation
• Valid driver’s license
