RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established building contractor in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Site Agent to manage and oversee building projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in building construction, excellent site management skills, and the ability to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• National Diploma in Building/BTech degree in Construction Management or similar
• 5–10 years’ experience managing building projects on site
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, site management, and project workflows
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively
• Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills
• Sound understanding of health and safety regulations and building legislation
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
